An exchange full of creativity and collective intelligence
As part of the team is remote, the seminar was the perfect opportunity to bring the Rivrs team together in person. The 3 days were marked by brainstorming sessions, collaborative workshops and open discussions on the future of the studio.
The aim of the seminar was to create a shared vision of our values and ambitions, and to strengthen our ability to produce increasingly high-quality games.
Through exercises and group activities, we were able to take stock of our strengths, identify areas for improvement and work together to come up with innovative projects that will enable Rivrs to continue to grow in the world of UGC gaming.
Setting new goals
This time of reflection was also an opportunity to lay the foundations for what we want to achieve in the coming years. Together, we defined goals with a clear and ambitious vision for the studio. We want to prioritize the quality of our UGC productions and innovation in our game concepts.
A future with our players, for our players
At Rivrs, we firmly believe in the power and possibilities of UGC. We also know how important it is to collaborate with our community to produce games they can enjoy. This seminar has given us the opportunity to think about new ways of giving our players an even greater role and offering them unique experiences through the games we develop.

At the end of the seminar, we came away with tenfold energy and a wealth of ideas. The coming years look promising, with ambitious projects already in development. We're more determined than ever to offer our community UGC gaming experiences that push back the boundaries of video games.
